Of Service
1. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use delivered projects for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. Melt Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate collaboration if misuse is suspected.
2. Scope & Revisions
Project scope, features, and deadlines must be clearly agreed upon before payment. Any work outside the agreed scope requires additional payment or a separate contract.
3. Payment Terms
Services operate on a 50/50 payment split — half is required upfront before development begins, and the remaining half is due upon project completion. Work will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
The upfront 50% deposit is non-refundable once development has begun. If a client cancels mid-project, work completed to that point remains property of Melt Studios until any outstanding fees are settled.
5. Enforcement
Non-compliance with these terms may result in termination of service or server bans. Melt Studios is committed to maintaining a professional environment for all parties.
